• Optimize Snowflake performance, including tuning queries and managing resources to ensure high efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture, processes, and workflows.
• Implement and enforce data governance policies, including data quality, security, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Stay up-to-date with Snowflake updates and industry best practices to continually enhance our data infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows.
• Design Implementation: Develop and refine user interfaces, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all digital platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user input.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency and efficiency.
• Design Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions.

• Test Planning: Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
• Test Execution: Execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
• Defect Identification: Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools, and work with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Test Automation: Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Test Reporting: Generate test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in test strategy reviews, suggest improvements to testing processes, and contribute to the enhancement of testing tools and methodologies.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA leads, to ensure comprehensive testing and timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Performance Optimization: Optimize ETL workflows and performance, including tuning queries and managing resource utilization to ensure efficient data processing.
• Data Quality: Implement and enforce data quality and governance standards to maintain the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across systems.
• Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related issues, including data errors and system failures, and coordinate with other teams as needed.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes, data flows, and system configurations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, database administrators, and business analysts to understand data requirements and ensure ETL processes align with business needs.
• Compliance: Ensure ETL processes comply with data security and privacy regulations, and implement necessary controls to protect sensitive information.
